Our 1/4 bison is priced at $12/LB of PACKAGED weight. Estimated 70 LBS of meat. By purchasing this, you are reserving a 1/4 bison from our next harvest and agree to pay the remaining balance upon delivery. Your 1/4 is customizable but generally this is what is cut:
- Tenderloin Steaks (Filets): 1.5 LBS
- Strip Loin Steaks (Strip Steaks): 3.5 LBS
- Ribeye Steaks: 3.5 LBS
- Sirloin Steaks: 4 LBS
- Roast: 12 LBS
- Stew Meat: 6 LBS
