As of 08/05/2023, we have a bison harvest day on August 23, 2023. That puts the meat being ready around the end of August. We have NO wholesale portions available, all have been sold.

We are currently searching for more bison to add to our meat program and will hopefully have more wholesale portions available at the end of October.

How does it work?? You contact us and tell us how much of a bison you want (1/4, 1/2, or whole). A $500 deposit is required for reservation that will then be deducted from the rest of the cost. We then reserve that section for you and will also get it separated based on your wants. Ex: How many pounds of ground? Do you want all the steak cuts? Do you want roasts & briskets?

Each bison QUARTER is roughly 70 - 90 pounds of meat in your freezer. The final price will be determined by actual packaged and weighed meat that is delivered to you. We can only give estimated prices because each bison is different.

Here is what a QUARTER of a bison yields (all are approx. & customizable):

  • Tenderloin Steaks (Filets): 1.5 LBS
  • Strip Loin Steaks (Strip Steaks): 3.5 LBS
  • Ribeye Steaks: 3.5 LBS
  • Sirloin Steaks: 4 LBS
  • Roast: 12 LBS
  • Brisket: 2 - 4 LBS (NOT available on 1/4 orders)
  • Stew Meat: 6 LBS
  • Ground: 30 LBS
  • Burger Patties: 15 LBS

PRICES (before taxes):

  • QUARTER (1/4): $12/LB x 80 LBS = $960
  • HALF (1/2): $11.25/LB x 160 LBS = $1,800
  • WHOLE (1): $10/LB x 320 LBS = $3,200
