How does it work?? You contact us and tell us how much of a bison you want (1/4, 1/2, or whole). A $1000 deposit is required for 1/2 & WHOLE reservations that will then be deducted from the rest of the cost. The reservaton cost for a 1/4 is $500. We then reserve that section for you and will also get it separated based on your wants. Ex: How many pounds of ground? Do you want all the steak cuts? Do you want roasts & brisket?

Each bison QUARTER is roughly 55 - 90 pounds of meat in your freezer. The final price will be determined by actual packaged and weighed meat that is delivered to you. We can only give estimated prices because each bison is different.

Here is what a QUARTER of a bison yields (all are approx. & customizable):

  • Tenderloin Steaks (Filets): 1.5 LBS
  • Strip Loin Steaks (Strip Steaks): 3.5 LBS
  • Ribeye Steaks: 3.5 LBS
  • Sirloin Steaks: 4 LBS
  • Roast: 12 LBS
  • Brisket: 2 - 4 LBS (NOT available on 1/4 orders)
  • Stew Meat: 6 LBS
  • Ground: 30 LBS
  • Burger Patties: 10LBS

PRICES:

  • QUARTER (1/4): $14/LB x 70 LBS = $980.00
  • HALF (1/2): $13/LB x 140 LBS = $1,820
  • WHOLE (1): $12/LB x 280 LBS = $3,360

This will save a bunch of money in the long run! Buy a 1/4 for yourself or find some friends & family to split a whole one and save even more. Thank you for considering this option!
