As of 03/19/2024, we have a harvest day in late May or early June. That puts the meat being ready around the middle of June. We are currently determining how much of that will be available for wholesale.

How does it work?? You contact us and tell us how much of a bison you want (1/4, 1/2, or whole). A $500 deposit is required for reservation that will then be deducted from the rest of the cost. We then reserve that section for you and will also get it separated based on your wants. Ex: How many pounds of ground? Do you want all the steak cuts? Do you want roasts & brisket?

Each bison QUARTER is roughly 65 - 90 pounds of meat in your freezer. The final price will be determined by actual packaged and weighed meat that is delivered to you. We can only give estimated prices because each bison is different.

Here is what a QUARTER of a bison yields (all are approx. & customizable):

  • Tenderloin Steaks (Filets): 1.5 LBS
  • Strip Loin Steaks (Strip Steaks): 3.5 LBS
  • Ribeye Steaks: 3.5 LBS
  • Sirloin Steaks: 4 LBS
  • Roast: 12 LBS
  • Brisket: 2 - 4 LBS (NOT available on 1/4 orders)
  • Stew Meat: 6 LBS
  • Ground: 30 LBS
  • Burger Patties: 10LBS

PRICES (before taxes):

  • QUARTER (1/4): $12.50/LB x 75 LBS = $937.50
  • HALF (1/2): $11.25/LB x 150 LBS = $1687.50
  • WHOLE (1): $10/LB x 300 LBS = $3,000
